Frigoboat, Box-Shaped Evaporators for Air or Water Cooled Condensing Units

These evaporators have been bent into a rectangular box shape, and come with either a floor (Bin) or a door (Horizontal).

The Bin evaporators are mounted up-right in the refrigerator box and allow a small freezer section in your refrigerator. No lid is necessary.

The Horizontal evaporator boxes are mounted horizontally up high in the refrigerator box. They come with a door, and allow a small freezer section in your refrigerator.

Choose the style and correct size evaporator box (based on the internal volume, in cubic feet) for the refrigerator. The space inside the evaporator box will be the freezer compartment.

The cubic feet of the box need not be an exact number (L" x W" x D" ÷ 1728 = cu.ft.). Keep in mind the quality of the insulation. If you are unsure, favor a larger plate.

Bin (B) - a pre-bent plate for installing up-right in a single box to offer a small freezer section in your ice box. No lid is necessary.

Horizontal (H) - a pre-bent plate that comes with a lid, to be mounted horizontally in a single box to offer a small freezer section in the ice box.
